The Building Sustainability and Climate Resilience into Business Strategy insight report was created by Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre’s survey of Pan-African respondents as part of the BS4CL Career Webinar series. The report explores how organisations can embed sustainability into core strategy and operations. It revealed that many organisations are still at early stages of integration, facing gaps in data systems, internal capacity and organisational alignment.
